Today we present a super good recipe to do in the family and for the little ones: the mozzarella croquettes!

Ingredients:

• Mozzarelle for pizza Perrella
• 00 flour
• bread crumbs
• eggs
• cookie cutters
• peanut oil

Preparation:

• Slice the mozzarella cheese loaf into slices a finger thick;
• With the molds created of the shapes to taste from the slices;
• Dip the scamorza in the egg, in the flour, then again in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs;
• Finally fry in boiling oil and serve still hot.
