Italian Cup of High Quality Pizza

Diboiano S.r.l. is proud to have taken part as sponsor to the national contest “Italian Cup of High Quality Pizza” that took place in Frosinone at Fornaci Village premises. Two days, 30 and 31 March, driven by the taste of pizza and hard competition. The organiser of the event is the “Unione Pizzaioli Tradizionali e Ristoratori” (UPTeR – www.uepter.it), the italian association chaired by Alfredo Folliero, and by the world champion Alessandro Ceci, nickname Zeb.

Thanks to his long series of wins in national and International competitions concerning pizza the Federation, whose Ceci is a certified instructor, has decided that the contest, for the very first time, would have took place in Frosinone. A great reward then for the city in Lazio, but especially for the organizers of the events that see their commitment well rewarded.

Over 100 pizza makers took part to the contest for 48 hours of competitions.
